In January I was given the all clear to start running again! Even though I wasn’t out too long with the ankle sprain (6 weeks), I can’t tell you how excited I was when my Osteo told me I could finally start running again. The next morning, dark, cold, and rainy, I was out the door for a 5K run.
That first week back I ran 10 glorious miles (7 of those miles with the LDN Brunch Club). It not only marked my return to running, but also officially kicked off my London Marathon training.
